As announced in the 10th International Conference on Web Research, the Secretariat of the International Conference on Web Research intends to award the living memory of Professor Kambiz Badie Award to the top researchers in the “Smart Web” field at the 11th International Conference on Web Research. This award will be given to selected researchers with the financial support of the University of Science and Culture, the Scientific Information Database  (SID), and the Research Institute of Communication and Information Technology.
