Welcome to the official website of the 13th International Conference on Web Research (ICWR2027).

ICWR2027 provides an international forum for researchers, academics, industry professionals, and students to present and discuss the latest advances, emerging ideas, and innovative applications in Web Research and related fields. The conference brings together diverse perspectives from areas including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Web Mining, Web Analytics, Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Information Retrieval, Web Security, Social Networks, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Health, and Generative AI.

Building on the success of twelve consecutive editions, ICWR has established itself as a platform for exchanging knowledge, fostering scientific collaboration, and connecting academic research with real-world applications.

The 13th International Conference on Web Research (ICWR2027) will be held on 21–22 April 2027 at the University of Science and Culture (USC), Tehran, Iran.

Professor Kambiz Badie Award

As announced during the 10th International Conference on Web Research, the Secretariat of the International Conference on Web Research established the Professor Kambiz Badie Award in memory of the distinguished Iranian artificial intelligence scholar, Professor Kambiz Badie.

The award recognizes outstanding researchers and leading scientific contributions in the field of Smart Web and will be presented at the 13th International Conference on Web Research (ICWR2027).

The award is supported financially by the University of Science and Culture (USC), the Scientific Information Database (SID). Further details regarding the award criteria, eligibility, nomination process, and selection procedure will be announced soon.
