Welcome

Welcome to the official website of The 11th International Conference on Web Research (ICWR2025). ICWR2025 aims to bring together professors, researchers, industrial experts, and students in all fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computational Engineering, Library Science, and Communication. It provides an international forum for the dissemination of original research results, new ideas, and practical development experiences which concentrate on both theory and practice.

The conference will be held on 16-17 April 2025; in Tehran, Iran. Web Research is a multidisciplinary field with strong ties among Computer, Information, Library, and communication sciences. The conference is jointly organized by the University of Science and Culture (USC) and the Academic Center for Education, Culture, and Research (ACECR).

All the accepted papers will be published by reputable national and international databases. IEEE Xplore has published the past ICWR papers. We will update the indexing information as soon.

Final Extension for Paper Submission to the IEEE 11th International Conference on Web Research (ICWR2025)

Due to numerous requests for an additional extension for paper submission to the conference secretariat and considering the limited review period, the following decisions have been made:

  1. The paper submission deadline is extended until Friday, February 21.
  2. The submission system will close on Saturday, February 15. Those who wish to submit their papers between Sunday, February 16, and Friday, February 21 must email iranwebconf@gmail.com to receive instructions on how to submit their papers.
  3. Authors who have already submitted their papers but need additional time for improvements can email the secretariat by Saturday, February 15, to request that their paper not be sent for review yet.
  4. Due to the limited review period, the results of papers submitted after February 15 may be announced later than the official conference schedule.

In response to numerous requests from authors and esteemed attendees of the Web Research Conference, the paper submission deadline for the IEEE 11th International Conference on Web Research has been extended by two weeks until February 14. Authors are required to submit their full papers by this date.

 As announced in the 10th International Conference on Web Research, the Secretariat of the International Conference on Web Research intends to award the living memory of Professor Kambiz Badie Award to the top researchers in the “Smart Web” field at the 11th International Conference on Web Research. This award will be given to selected researchers with the financial support of the University of Science and Culture, the Scientific Information Database  (SID), and the Research Institute of Communication and Information Technology. The details and conditions of this award will be announced soon.
