Due to the internet outage in Iran, the deadline for paper submission has been extended for at least two weeks (until February 13).

If the internet disruption continues and access to the paper submission system (https://icwr.usc.ac.ir/en) from outside the country remains unavailable, an alternative method for receiving authors’ submissions will be announced in subsequent notices.
