Call for Papers
The 13th International Conference on Web Research (ICWR2027) will focus on a broad range of topics in Web Research and its applications in the real world. ICWR2027 provides an international forum for researchers, academics, industry professionals, and practitioners from diverse fields to explore the fundamental roles, interactions, emerging developments, and practical impacts of the Web.
ICWR2027 is the 13th edition of the International Conference on Web Research series, which was launched in 2015.
The conference program will include oral and poster presentations, keynote speeches by prominent researchers, and industrial workshops, providing opportunities for knowledge exchange and scientific and professional collaboration. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by experts in the relevant fields based on criteria including originality, significance, technical quality, clarity, and relevance.
Authors are invited to submit their original research papers, posters, and demo proposals in accordance with the submission guidelines and important dates provided below.

- Acceptance Notification: 6 March 2027
- Camera-Ready Submission: 13 March 2027
- Conference Dates: 21–22 April 2027
Submission Process
Authors are invited to submit full papers prepared according to the conference formatting guidelines. Submissions should clearly present the research objectives, methodology, results, discussion, figures, tables, and references, as appropriate.
All paper submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process and will be evaluated based on originality, research contribution, technical correctness, relevance to the conference, significance, and readability.
